The Townsville RSL encourages local initiatives that enhance community wellbeing and opportunities as well as individual and group pursuits of excellence.
These guidelines have been developed to assist people seeking donations, sponsorship, grants and in-kind assistance from Townsville RSL.
Why do we have guidelines?
Townsville RSL receives many Sponsorship, Grant and Donation applications each week. Based on the merits of these submissions, the Committee has the difficult decision of deciding how the budgeted funding will be allocated. Unfortunately, the Committee is not in a position to be able to assist all requests.
Important information to consider before completing this submission:
This application must be submitted at least 2 (two) months prior to what you are seeking assistance for.
The applicant must have been a member of the Townsville RSL for a minimum of 12 months prior to application.
All areas of this application must be completed, otherwise it will not be considered.
The Townsville RSL Committee’s decision is final.

All applications will be submitted to the Townsville RSL Committee.
Committee meetings are held on the last Sunday of the month, unless under special circumstances.
Applicants will be notified of their result within 5 working days via the means they submitted their application.
