TOWNSVILLE RSL ADVENTURE
WHALE WATCHING
Saturday 17th August 2024
The Townsville RSL in association with SeaLink and North Queensland District RSL is offering veterans (current and ex-serving) and their immediate family an opportunity to experience a SeaLink Whale Watching Tour for FREE (usually $99pp) on Saturday 17th August 2024.
Numbers are limited so veteran members will need to apply with their RSL Membership number to our sub branch secretary ASAP – Pauline McGuire pmcguire@tsvrsl.com.au
If you don't have and RSL Membership number, please come in person to our reception (open from 10am-late, 7 days) at the Townsville RSL to apply.
Applications for the whale watching adventure will be taken commencing Tuesday 2 July. Spaces will be allocated by the team and veterans will be advised of the outcome by 12 August.

Veterans Connecting and Raising Funds for Homeless Veterans
Join us on our next Townsville RSL Adventure where you have the opportunity to connect, relax and create memories and new friendships while raising funds for homeless veterans through the RSL Qld Homelessness Program. RSL Qld works with the Salvation Army Veteran Support Team to provide a comprehensive case management approach to support veterans in finding safe and sustainable rental accommodation.
Enjoy live music, affordable food, drinks and giveaways for just $10 entry which includes camping (and free breakfast for those who camp). All entry fees go directly to support homeless veterans and their families.
Held in the grounds of the Thuringowa RSL Club at 13 Kelso Drive, Kelso and suitable for families, singles, couples and groups of friends.
