Swipe your Alpha Club Rewards Card every time you eat, drink and play at the Townsville RSL or Thuringowa RSL Club to enable exciting benefits to make your experience that bit more exclusive every day!

Alpha Club Credits
Your tier level is based on your Alpha Club Credits.  The benefits you receive are based on what you are comfortable spending:

• $10 in Gaming Turnover and Keno (upstairs at the Townsville RSL) = 1 Alpha Club Credit 
• $1 in Food or Beverage purchases = 1 Alpha Club Credit

Alpha Club Credits accrued in the current quarter (eg. 1st April - 30th June) determine the Alpha Club Reward level from the beginning of the next quarter (eg. from 1st July).

Alpha Club Credits reset to zero on the 1st of January, 1st of April, 1st of July and 1st of October each year.

Alpha Club Cash
As you use your Alpha Club Rewards Card you will automatically grow your Alpha Club Cash balance.   

You can convert this into cash at the cashier or purchase in venue to enjoy tasty food and beverages.  Keep an eye on your balance at the Kiosks or on the gaming machine pathways.

Alpha Club Cash resets to zero on the 1st of January and 1st of July each year so you have six months to earn and redeem your 'cash' in each period.

Spend your Alpha Club Cash:

• Spend Club Cash on your favourite things (withdraw at cashier)
• Spend Club Cash everywhere except TAB and Keno

How much is my Alpha Club Cash worth?:

• 100 Alpha Club Cash = $1
• 1,000 Alpha Club Cash = $10
• 10,000 Alpha Club Cash = $100
