We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in our team. This is a busy hands-on role. If you have a passion for great customer service, this is a role for you!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating our core values - Exceptional Customer Service, Teamwork, Community Focus and Continuous Improvement
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the venue
- Providing efficient, friendly drink service to patrons and guests
- Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests;
- Cash handling duties;
- General cleaning duties as required.
To be a successful applicant you will require:
- RSA & RSG (essential)
- To undergo a Police Background Check
- You must be able to work a varied roster
- Excellent cash handling skills
- Keno & TAB Operations
- Previous experience in a similar role is desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependability
- Enthusiastic attitude
- Be self-motivated and well presented
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Have a bright and bubbly personality and be a team player
